Adding Life or Disability Income Insurance:
What to Expect
We have access to some of the best group life and disability income insurance plans available on the market today. Grant will meet with you to identify your needs, collect some important information, and we will submit the quote request. Within a few days, we will schedule a time to meet again to go over your plan option(s). If you decide to proceed, your authorized person will sign the application and your plan will go into effect as soon as it processes. Here are some things you might need to provide:
Business Information
Starting a new group plan will always require some up front information about the business. We will ask for your business's legal name, dba (if applicable), address, main contact information, EIN, etc.
Employee Census
We will provide a form you can use to submit the required census information, depending on the type of coverage you are applying for. We will ask for names, social security numbers, dates of birth, hire dates, job titles, wages, etc.
Payment Instructions
All our plans are prepaid; however, your group is conditionally covered during the enrollment/underwriting process and, if you decide you don't want the plan, we offer full reimbursements.
