How much do your consultations cost? 

While the value of sitting down with a financial expert to identify personal net worth, goals, and achievable steps toward financial security is priceless, we do not charge for these consultations. Availability is on a first come, first serve basis.

Can I bring my spouse, partner, or family member to my consultation(s)?

Absolutely! We encourage couples to come together, for elderly clients to bring a trusted friend or family member, and for young people to bring a parent. Keep in mind, however, that by bringing someone else into what would otherwise be a confidential consultation, you are giving your consent for them to hear and see whatever confidential information is shared during that meeting (and during that meeting alone.)

If my spouse or my ex-spouse requests information on my products, how much will be shared? 

Absolutely nothing will be shared with them! We are restricted by law to keep your private information private, including your personal and your financial information, and we take this requirement very seriously! Exceptions are as follows: If you have signed an "Information Sharing Authorization" form, this would allow them to find out information about your policy, but they would not be able to make any changes to it. And, if he/she is listed as the Payer on your policy, he/she will be able to access information about billing alone. 

How can I request a distribution from my policy or account?

Please keep in mind that we never honor distribution requests received through voicemail or email or via a letter. ALL distribution requests must be made in person or by phone. This is so that we can verify your identity prior to distributing your funds. The process itself varies depending on the product, the method of delivery, any associated taxes, etc. Please call in to our office at 406-721-7320 or to the home office at 800-388-8123 to make your request. 

How do I request a trade in an investment account?

We never honor trade requests received through voicemail or email or via a letter. ALL trade requests must be made in person or by phone. This is so that we can verify your identity prior to making changes in your account.  Please call in to our office at 406-721-7320 to make your request. Be sure to call early! All trades must be entered prior to 2 pm MT to have that day's trade date.
